Entry page...
Your keywords meta is still pretty stuffed...though better than the previous site. A general rule of thumb is not to put any words/terms in that keyword meta that dont' actually appear on the page. Also, another general rule is not to repeat the same word more than 3 times (note this includes using the word in terms). Meaning sex, hard sex, hardcore sex would be 3 times for the word sex.
You have no meta description tag. If you're going to use a keywords meta...might as well get a description meta in there too
Other than the metas, the entry page looks fine to me
You may want to remove the return link on your 2257 page. Many reviewers don't want to see any links whatsoever on that page. Besides, since that link returns to 'this' specific site...what will you do on your next free site? Add another link on the 2257 page...or create another 2257 page? Trust me...you're better off to simply remove the link and let em find their way back if they so desire. That page should get virtually no traffic anyway.

Only comment here is that some reviewers may think your watermarks are a bit large and obtrusive.
