Many many sponsors password protect their promo content to keep surfers out of it. I wish ALL sponsors would do the same.
I've been an Naughty4Cash affiliate for quite some time, it's one of my top $$$ sponsors every month. I've never had a problem getting a response from Desirae to either email address on her contact page.

I'm not sure how long you've been trying, but remember that it's possible she's out of town for a few days. There's no "staff" manning an office while she's away.
