Do not know how many would reject for a 3 page site over a 4 page site. I would recommend slapping another page in between your index and galleries. This way you are covered with all LL's
The one thing that will get you rejected is that your images are out of order across your 2 gallery pages.
On a sales point you should really have at least 1 outgoing link to your sponsor with some nice text selling it. You will be surprised how many sales come from the index/warning page.
