I received a rejection message for my site:

The site title is: Amateur Mom Loves Cuke.
The reason for the rejection was:

I must have made a mistake in filling out the submission form because the site has been submitted and accepted by several other LLs, so I'm kinda stomped by your reason.
Could you please confirm this for me, and let me apologize for (if that's what happened) submitting it wrongly; I just don't want to re-submit it without being sure of what happened.
