We use a PHP backend that you plug your CCBill and Epoch codes into.

This Page and put your CCBill and Epoch codes into it. If you haven't already signed up with CCBill and Epoch there are links on that page (the red text) to signup with each.
Your link code will end up looking something like this.
http://foxyangel.com/transgender/Cleo
That is my link code for her site. Yours will be the same except instead of Cleo at the end it will have whatever name you choose.
You will still check your stats through CCBIll and Epoch.
