I like it I Think it looks a little mashed up with the cell colors.
you have 2 different cell colors side by side and then the cell right below that has a banner in it also has the cell color of one above.
for instance on the index page the banner is in light pink and the pic below it is in light pink I think that if you make the pic cell majenta like the cell with the text in it you will get a nicer look to the page.
I think it gives it a wierd look but thats just my oppinion
