Some more very good advice. I think it will take a bit for all this to sink in. I appreciate all the comments and everyone taking some time to give me their input.
Just for the record on that blindish, thumbnailish looking banner. It wasnt my intention to create a banner that would be confused as thumbs by the surfer. I originally intended to split it in half (I realized it looked like thumbs), but then forgot about it until after it was submitted. Just wanted to make that clear, I wasnt trying to be sneaky or anything.
Anyways, very good posts and critique's, much appreciated.
