Very few link lists run a script which can identify changes to a site and I've only ever seen one list owner state that he had his bot auto-delete any changed page (Frankly, that individual is a stupid old fuck and I don't think he had that type of bot anyway. And if he did delete your listing - you wouldn't notice a change in your traffic.
). In most cases, amongst the lists who run that bot, the link would get flagged and re-reviewed to ensure that it continues to meet the list's rules. I change sponsors on my free sites, update my hub links, shit like that. It's generally safe.
