It was Depraved Dollars - I guess I didn't start a thread on this, but I do have emails from them explaining the problem:
...I believe that everyone who signed in as a beta tester when we started this thing are the ones that didn't get paid...
I will say that once I notified them of the problem, they handled it within an hour
