The bottom line is, with the strictest interpretation of the law, you are supposed to have 2257 data for any pictures with "lascivious exhibition of genitals," or "real or simulated sexual contact".

I usually take this to mean no penis shots, no spread vagina, no sexual contact. Otherwise it'd be a good idea to get your 2257 data.
