It's best to always submit with the same name. Reviewers will get to know your work over time and associate the work with a particular name. If you start changing your submit name up all the time, it leads to questions and it will be all that much harder for you to brand yourself as a quality submitter.
If you are having issues with the one site due to someone else already using that name, just contact the owner and get your submit name and password changed.
