RevStats does show stats for partnership programs, just that with the set up I have, it's very hard to get accurate totals, especialy with the Per Click numbers. Partnerships & per signups have to be looked at differently, which I why I stopped putting them in there about 8 months ago.
The stats cover everything that I do over al my domains, but most of the traffic comes from the Link O'Rama
As far as what surprised me, not too much. I will say that this run seems to be the moist accurate one that I have ever done. Covering a year, you get a very good sample of what's doing what over a period of time
