Basically the full details of the follow up is this.
they ended up putting in 6 'stints' which i'm not sure I entirely understand, but apparantly they're wire meshes that help hold the veins open and keep the plaque pressed up against the wall. That and the angioplasty itself adds up to quite a bit of work. I'm amazed.
But she's feeling well enough to be back to her rotten self
She's being awful mean to the nurses, so I guess she's almost back to being her... a person who is very opinionated !!!
