I don't doubt that you are. However, there is no substitute for hard work. Hand submit to as many as you can and find out which ones post your subs. That's the best way. From there you can narrow it down more by which TGP's convert for you. You are a victim of the times. There are hordes of new webmasters that don't give a shit about rules. Just read some of the threads here on the board.
