I had the same problem with two of mine. 1 I had deleted because it wasn't updating at Technorati's end. Then, when I tried to claim it again, I got the same error as you.
I was submitting about 10 support requests a day (by refreshing the page after sending the form and saying 'yes' to resubmiting form data) in the hope that 1 in 10 would get read that day.

I still had to wait 2 months for the problem to be rectified.
Lately, they have been much better. The last two problems being sorted in 11 hours max! (With an apology for the delay!)
Anyway,

to answer your question... assuming you have checked that your feeds validate, fill in the form on the
support page.
Copy and paste the error exactly, and make sure you mention the domain the problem is on.
Submit seperate forms for each domain.
Janice should get back to you within 24 hours; telling you she has found the problem in the database and corrected it.
That has been my experience twice in the past two weeks
