You dont need a script.
Install the traffic trade program of your choice.
Download the FHGs as a text file. Use search and replace in a word processor to convert them into links. Sunny $ gives 1000s of galleries and you have complete control over how the file is presented - download as gallery link url picture url short description
Then you can easilyt convert to
<a href="http://whateveryout rtrade software needs?out.php?url=gallery link url"><img src="pictureurl" alt="short description"></a> using search and replace.
Make a page design
Paste the links in
Sit back
Occasionally add some more - take some out - shuffle em around
Pretty simple really.
