Those images do add a some weight to your pages. I like it, but it may be a problem for sites that like to keep things dial-up friendly.
Also, looks like you rely on banners as your main draw to your sponsor. Banners can look pretty, but in my experience it's text that sells. A lot of surfers see banners as obnoxious advertisements, so they tend to ignore them. Text, and especially text links, is also a great way to easily make your 4 page advertisement full of flavor, and very enticing.
I assume those "link"s on your warning page will be recips? Can mine be in the first row?
