got my one credit card bill that I can't check online since they changed the bank. they can't figure out why I can't access, but, I try to sign up with the data that they tell me, and I can't create an account. They're baffled. So, I get my bill and on 9/20 there is a charge for Xbox Live. I call xbox, hand them the confirmation number from August 25th when I cancelled the 90 day membership I signed up for when my nephew was visiting.

We have no record of that, and obviously you didn't read the terms because your membership automatically renewed to a monthly at the end of the 90 days. If you read the terms, it is a non-refundable service, sorry, click.

So I call back to verify that the guy cancelled my account this time:

"No, we have no record of it, there is noone by that name that works for us, that isn't a valid extension number for a supervisor. Hmm, ok, well, can you cancel my membership. Oh, you're in luck, we already ran a charge today for your membership and it has already renewed. Please enjoy your subscription through Nov 20th. And by the way, that charge is non-refundable."

Who says the non-adult world isn't learning from the adult world?
