and you thought that phone line you had hooked up was just to report your PayPerView purchases....
well, I'm sitting waiting for a conference call to occur that was supposed to happen 46 minutes ago dealing with an issue I fixed during the radio show. They're going to tell us how to diagnose the software issues a client of ours is having. They don't seem to understand that the problem was fixed 36+ hours ago and still wanted to have the conference call.
Ahh such is life.
