Morning all -
Welcome back to last week
Yesterday simply sucked. Got an email 2 weeks ago saying my isp was upgrading their equipment from 3 to 6 am. No biggy. At 5:45 I lose my connection.
7:00am nothing, 8:00am nothing (call tech support) 9:00am nothing (call tech support again) 10:00am nothing
11:00am nothing (call tech support again - they are now on speed dial) It must be on my end they say. I'm saying if I can't ping, it's their end.
Noon nothing - call tech support - they say they'll send someone over.
2:00pm tech support show up (it's my neighbor) I show him exactly what I've been telling tech support all morning. He calls in saying it's one their end... duh!
About 3pm Finally!
Apparently they don't think I can understand networks and all they said was a connection setting needed to be reset.
Dumb bastards!
I like living in teeny tiny towns, but only having 1 option for internet isn't a major drawing factor.

So today, I'm way behind as the volleyball team is in the playoffs and I had to go watch them last night.

2nd pot of coffee is already on
