There's actually a service that claims to hand submit a gallery a day for 30 days, host it and charge $300. I tried it and the galleries are still there but the average hits per day was about 7k unless they got listed at 1 of 2 large sites.
I think they hand submitted to 2 sites and then auto submitted the rest
