Haven't eaten flesh in over twenty years. No pigs, cows, lambs, seafood, cats, dogs, birds, or anything like that.
These days I mostly eat at Sushi/Japanese/Thai/Asian type restaurants and have never felt healthier.
Earlier this year I started eating out with my neighbor a lot, was still eating vegetarian, eating mostly American and Italian cuisine and put on over twenty pounds in a very short time. I still eat out with my neighbor a lot but eat my real meal without him and then just have a small salad or soup with him.
I'm at the lowest weight that I've been this century and still slowly losing more.
