Tech support said: It appears that the file being referenced by the SSI include does not
actually exist on the filesystem.
It is possible that owernship problems with the file at your old host
prevented the file from being ftp'd over.
I don't know how there could be ownership problems, they're MINE. But, since I have copies I can re-upload the missing files...Oh joy.
