Just wonderin'- but why does it annoy you if they use designs over and over? If the pics are different that's all the surfer cares about.
Then again I only see what you have approved...not what you have rejected.
How many submissions you average per month?
I just read all your rules and am spending a lot of time clickin' around your list to see what makes the grade.
