Evidently they lost either their Visa or their MC and are trying to work things out. Their apparent limited communication on the topic is causing some distress among the webmaster community.
Clearly it is a difficult time for the owners, and for those who rely on their services. I don't envy either side.
As I am not a client, I suppose it's pretty easy to be magnanimous, but I'm not sure it's fair to punish Paymonde for Ibill's sins. Hopefully they will be able to turn things around in time for all involved. It will do us no good at all to lose yet another billing option.
On a good note, I hope to see all of those programs using their services through NATS fulfilling their obligations by paying their affiliates, since that is one of the responsibilities a program takes on when deciding to pay their affiliates directly.
