The basic answer would be yes...although I would probably only use the second thumb in the gallery as the picture and size it around 250px (i like large thumbs i guess) and then have your text underneath. Both the title and the (Read More Click Here!) text linked to the tour.
Some bloggers would probably like the thumb to link to the gallery or the tour but I personally would leave it unlinked.
Does that make sense?
