I'll assume you're asking me since it's been declined in my admin

The 1st thing I see right off the bat is that you have at least 3 links on the 1st page that say "enter" - you'll be a lot better off have one clear cut enter link on there.

Also, I don't have a password for AdultVerifier, so if you didn't submit one, we would have declined it because we couldn't see the inside area.
