The whole idea is to make it obvious to the surfer that the link leads away from your site. Making the sponsorsite name tiny kind of defeats the purpose.
It doesn't have to be the complete URL linked, just make it so that even an idiot will understand that it's not just another page on your site.
Example:
More tasty trannies @ Shemales For Cash
I've been telling people that as long as they include the paysite name they should be OK, but some people will use any opportunity to be sneaky. Consequently I've been getting a lot of submits with links of this type:
SPERMSUCKING BITCHES in 36 px font right at the top of the index page, or
CLICK TO WATCH SPERMSUCKING BITCHES with no supporting text. While "Spermsucking Bitches" may indeed be the name of a paysite, I don't know that, the surfer probably doesn't, and there's no context to indicate that it is.
So I can't really give you any hard and fast, all-inclusive, definition of what a blind link is, but I know it when I see it. You might want to read
this thread. A lot of good info there. Common sense also goes a long way.
Anyway, I don't unerstand why people would want to disguise their links as something other than what they are.
FREE NUDIE PICS might get a lot of clicks, but conversions will suck if it just leads to a regular paysite tour.
