I have my recips point to my main and cat pages, and by far I've noticed more SE traffic going to my cat pages then anywhere else.

I also get a tiny bit more SE traffic to my root then to my main page.

I think this is because links back from recips don't do nearly as much as my own offsite SEO. I guess it's some sort of link-spam scrubbing thing.
