The NastyDollars site "InTheVIP" only refers to girls by their first names. She's called just Brooke. You can see it here mid-page:

I'm not aware of any copyright notice that gives MayorsMoney exclusive use of the term "Brooke Skye".
An argument could be made that she's a well-known celebrity or public figure. She does magazines, newspaper articles and national radio shows under the name Brooke Skye. Anyone that sees her says, "That's Brooke Skye". I'm not sure that can be trademarked.
But I have no idea. Anyone have any input?
