I've narrowed it down but don't know for sure what is causing it. I took out the <ul><li></li> from the entire page and it works. Looks terrible but works.
The puzzling thing is ie7 reports an error line 2 char 1 and there is no error there or before. hmmmmmm

Edit: I see you found the problem.
