I'm a little lost too. Is it a host you are looking for? And if you are, I would think prizes would be the last thing that should sway your decision on which to use. Wait, you mean prices, right?
I think I found the host and remember, with hosting, you do get what you pay for. I would be afraid of a host that has a $6.95/month package with a free domain included.
And this is just a guess but, I would suspect that not a lot of board members have even heard of them.
