There are many traffic trading scripts
If you plan to trade trafik you should install one on your site
the toplists are patr of the script that must be placed somewere on your site

but in my opinion if you are planing to send traffic only from toplists and no skim the traffic trade will not work for you because 90% from the traded traffic come from skim (you will not be able to send enough trafic back)
