Yo peeps. I need to make use of a program that will do these things. Please let me know if you know of any that do.
1. Keep record of and chart (graphs are nice) bandwidth usage PER member in a members area.
2. Has the power to limit or cutoff any specific user, not IP driven, USER driven.
