Hello... I don't even know if this exists. But I really do believe it should.

I wish to offer pay-per-click textads on my site. So I am looking for some sort of PHP based software that would let me easily manage something like this.

Some nice features would be an ad link rotator, and paypal support.

Any suggestions?
