When I started out, I was updating every Friday. I think I went to M-W-F after that & then daily.
I do pride myself on getting current every day (anything submitted before Midnight EST the day before gets reviewed & listed the next day) The only exception to the rule is Sunday's, as lately there's not enough submits on Sat & Sun to justify getting current & updating, so Sunday is a blow-off day & Monday is Sat & Sun's submits (if that makes sense)
Go a couple of days & keep track of the number of links you're approved & then base when you're going to update on those numbers.
