I am new to this board, and just hired Team 31 http://www.team31.net/ to do a small simple site that has yet to be produced and the communication from this guy is terrible to put it mild. Can anyone tell me if this guy is legit or not? I had to ask this guy to refund my deposit because he kept telling me he would show me something and as of yet has not. This is a red flag to me, so I thought I would bring it to the public here since he does not wish to answer my emails or send me anything he has done to show me he's at least working on the project. I can't wait forever for it, I could have made it myself by now.

Can anyone tell me if they have used this company and if they produce quality or amateur work.
