You design a page for a larger browser size say 1024x768, lets say, they when you go to look at in 800 x 600 for some reason everything is out of place. All I want is the home page to stay way it is 1024 x 768 when the browser opens it up no other size.
Can anyone help? Browser is wining, me loosing.
