It helps us to see if there are any weaknesses in the chain from our promo content, to the tour to the join page. we don't lose any of the 'hits' we track and i suspect most other sponsors don't either.

Dont mean to be rude, but what would a sponsor say about the subject. Sorry, just looks more like a pitch.
Also curious, how would you know you did'nt lose a hit if it was lost in the first place? I don't think any one can say they never ever lose a hit, puters and scripts are not 100% perfect, nor is the net...
