Don't feel too bad, you'll learn and improve. Stay away from translation programs, they never make sense.
On a side note, I submitted a site with perfectly fine spelling and grammar earlier and got the same decline reason. Go figure. Maybe the reviewer doesn't like apostrophes being omitted from the description (a lot of submit forms don't like them so I leave them out).
Regardless, still seems pretty silly to me. These are porn sites not term papers.
