Basically, this layout sort of short circuits your site... now you have warning / gallery, nothing else. The main page is optional, and won't be viewed by as many people.
The design of the index page also is a little dense, and makes me feel more "FPA" than warning page. You don't have a clear cut entry into your site, so you may get a bunch of rejections for "no warning page". Plus you will still have to add in return links and all, which will make this a very long page.
I also see 5 different links offs to sponsor stuff / outside pages... hiding links in your USC thing is sort of weird, but whatever... ;-)
