Keeping track is easy - you can do it in a text file
Build the 1st 4 sites tomorrow, submit the 1st & then list the other 3 like this:
07-04-10 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-05-10 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-06-10 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
On Sunday, build another 4, submit one & add to the list:
07-04-10 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-04-11 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-05-10 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-05-11 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-06-10 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
07-06-11 - Site Name - URL - Description (etc)
Then, starting on April 10, open the text file each day, take the top site, submit it & remove it from the list
