Asked LionDollars about it as they use it. The answer:
"What you are seeing is our exit console...you can select a different
linking code which wont generate the exit console though.
just go to the linking code section and select "no consoles" it has a
slighty lower payout though. so you can use the popups and receive more
per sale.
