I posted the appeal below on the 8th March 2007. To date I have received no response at all, I would ask the webmaster for at least a reason for my continued blacklisting.

I am sorry to have caused a waste of your time looking at free sites I have submitted in the past that did not reach the required standard. I have been studying many free sites to learn and improve my own work and hope I have gained some experience to avoid the same mistakes in the future.
In light of my efforts to improve and save you unnecessary work I ask you to accept my apology and remove my domain name and email address from the blacklist.
