I do not like to call anyone publically but I have recently started promoting OCCash I just checked my stats as a small fry affiliate and I have sent 1468 Raw and 1108 unique with no conversions all via blog traffic. Not a fair amount for me to judge anything by but if I feel unhappy with conversion rates 6 months in then I would do the same as I would any other sponsor, change it until I find something that works.
Claiming that they are stealing money is a little strong unless you have evidence? Also your figures, please confirm as a couple is 2 and less than 5 could be 4... If I get to 10k unique and my sales are 2-3 then I would move long before it gets anywhere near 30k
