Looks like you got your wish.
Domain is resolving now but affiliate username/password database appears down.
I basically dumped 'em from my TGP and link sites a while ago (after the last big site crash with zero communication to affected affiliates) but I still have a few old free sites with links there so I check the stats from time to time.
