Hubs - yes, link back to it - that's why you made it. I think most people throw it in with the regular recips or slip it in the copyright into on the bottom of the warning page. Just be safe & pretend that it's one of your 3 "ad" links on the page incase anyone makes a stink about it.
Templates - around here, we recommend that you use a template once a month (once you have built the 30 templates, it's a breeze - lol)
