To my knowledge I've never had any trouble promoting 3 day trials. I don't know anything about CCBill but with the sponsors I promote when a surfer buys a trial I get paid. If he keeps doing that with the same sponsor they may be able to not accept him anymore. Doesn't affect me, I've already been paid.
