Like would this not affect the potential amount of signs up I could get because he/she cancelled their trial and now cant sign up for another niche that they would prefer???
Also, do the sponsors pay me if that user cancels their trial? Then I rather not promote trials, to be dissapointed by a lot of cancels because the user got what he wanted for 3 days and then cancels... I ask this because I am afraid if I promote trials that users would keep doing trials for different niches and cancelling them... This means I wont get paid???
I dunno how this all works, so please help me

Hello. To my knowledge if someone cancels a trial ccbill does not usually prevent them from signing up at another site instead. That wouldn't make a lot of sense really.
You are catching on about trials. Here is my current opinion (may not be something everyone agrees with) on this:
Use trials:
-with TGP, Forum, toplist, or other low quality "free porn" traffic.
-With PPS (Pay per signup) when you are paid for the trial (check this)
Do not use trials:
-with High quality traffic such as search engine traffic.
-Revshare/Partnership programs.
about them doing trials repeatedly and you not getting paid, this is a reason to use PPS with low quality "free porn" type surfers. Also depending on how the sponsor is set up it is possible to only get paid for the first trial. Not the second or third. It depends on how they use cookies and such.
