Aah, this brings back memories of my vegetarian days. I used to end up in discussions where I was like "why the fuck do you protest animal transportation conditions while you're eating meat, that's like complaining that the Jews didn't have enough to eat on their trains to Auchwitz while not caring about them getting gased and murdered!", or "Why the fuck do you protest butchering baby seals while eating meat, you think only the cute animals should live you animal fascist!". Right or wrong, I don't think these arguments accomplished much...
The animal sex question is a no-brainer to me though: no consent, no sex. Of course it should be illegal. Be happy that people think this is wrong at least, then try to make them stop killing animals too if you're up to it. Two wrongs don't make a right.
